● IT-CLASSIC-501 painting room has been developed for customers who want a practical, low cost painting room, but also require downdraft airflow, low operating cost and high quality paint finish.
● It is equipped with both intake and exhaust fan (2x5.5kw), and heating system.

AIRFLOW & BOOTH STRUCTURE
IT-CLASSIC-501 painting room is standard with full downdraft airflow.
It is with convex roof design, 400mm high plenum and 350mm high raised metal basement.

For the basement, we can also provide the following options to suit different installation requirements.

1. Q: What is the minimum order quantity of the painting room?
A: 1 set.
2. Q: How many pieces of painting rooms can fit into a container?
A: For painting room IT-CLASSIC-501, 1 set can be loaded in 1x20GP container. And 1 big container (40GP or 40HQ) can load 2 sets based on individual packaging for each set of painting room.
3. Q: Can I change to use EPS panels for walls?
A: It is okay. But kindly be advised that Infitech booths come standard with rock wool walls, which can resist higher temperature and are more solid. We recommend rock wool walls as the price difference is not big between rock wool panels and EPS panels.
4. Q: How thick is the substrate of the wall panels?
A: The standard substrate thickness is 0.426mm for IT-CLASSIC-501 painting room. We can also provide the option of 0.6mm thick.
5. Q: How often shall I replace the filters?
A: Infitech will provide filter maintenance schedule for different filters, which is collected and concluded from past experience, for your reference. However, the actual maintenance schedule might change subject to the local air quality, and the running time of the machine in a certain period of time, painting volume etc.
In addition, we can also provide the option of alarm system to warn customers to replace the filters. Contact one of our experts to find more information about this if you are interested.
6. Q: Can you make the painting room according to my request?
A: Certainly. Please send your inquiries through. Infitech sales engineer will check and analyze your needs. After making the study, you will be offered a detailed technical solution with illustrative design drawing. Once approved, we will follow it for production.
